    I set my alarm a little early, so I could do it before work.
  • What exactly is the ab challenge? Plank every day for a certain amount of time?

    I'm at work conference but going to do mine now.. Today's should be pretty easy. Gets harder later!!

    I decided I'll try to share some tips from the registered dietitian that I'm working with (more on that story later). She's told me to avoid "counting" my workouts against my daily calorie goals because it's too easy to "eat those calories you think you just burned". Reason is that each one of us has such a radically different metabolism that there's no way to tell if myfitnesspal is even remotely accurate on a case by case basis.

    She loves to see the exercise entry though ... and I know she'll love this 30-day challenge ... just consider changing your settings so it doesn't effect your calorie count.

    Great idea. I didn't know you could change settings. I'll start logging stuff tomorrow. Thanks for the info!! And I agree just because you burn calories doesn't mean you can eat more.
