Since it's September 22nd and I weighed myself today, here's my weight, I'll be weighing daily except when I'm on holiday for about 19 days.

I weighed myself this morning: 168.4lbs height 5'6 not sure how to figure my BMI I was going to do measurements but couldn't find my tape.0

I will be trying to weigh once a week but I do not weigh myself unless I have a full 6 hours of sleep and with my upcoming schedule That won't be happening...0 -
