    Couple of lazy days for me this weekend for any structured exercise... Did get some things done around the house and grateful for that... Back to exercising tomorrow!

    I have had some overwhelming personal issues past few days and not sure I will complete this Challenge. However, here are my results.

    9/10 - 105 min

    9/11 – 240 min

    9/12 – 180 min

    9/13 – 120 min


    If I don't continue, I'll still attempt to move as much as I can and stay on Plan.

    The 12 hour shifts this weekend wiped me out and yesterday I slept in late. Then today I woke up with my back bothering me. It starting to feel better now but it's time to get ready for work.

    Flo: Sorry to hear you are going through some personal trials. We are here for you. But if you aren't able to continue, I hope you check in periodically to say Hi and let us know how you are doing.

    Are you able to do 100 squats now or are you working your way up to 100 squats? If your working your way up there are some cool apps to help you work your way up. One that looks really nice is Squats Workout by NorthPark Android.

    Had planned to go to yoga this evening, but met some old friends instead. It was a nice visit and no regrets. I won't be exercising tomorrow either. Have several appointments and won't be able to fit it in before my massage in the early evening. May try and walk a little at lunch but if timing doesn't work out, will be back at it on Friday...

    28 Min - Walking


    That was the first time I went walking since my surgery. It was rough but my back bothered me a little more than my ankle. I had to stop and rest one time just to give my back a break. But every since my right knee has been bothering me a lot. It's starting to feel better now though. Heading down to Charlotte for the Panthers game tomorrow so I will get plenty of walking in.

    9/19 - 90 minutes (walking)


    Well, didn't mean to take 3 days of no exercise. I went to the zoo today and was there about 5 hours, but counting 90 minutes based on the steps on my fitbit.

    Roger, good you were able to get a decent walk in, but too bad your back is giving you trouble. Have a good time at the game.

    Plenty of walking Sunday but it killed my knee. It is just now starting to feel a little better. It still gets stiff on my at times.

    Flo: Sorry to see you go but I understand. I hope things improve for you. I look forward to see you pop back in for visits.

    Correcting my messed up dates from a prior post... Helps me keep track of the minutes I need to add to tracker. Yesterday I walked around a county fair all afternoon, but only counting back and forth to the car as exercise. Only part that got my heart rate up, really...

    Still no good news from my end. Knee and ankle is still bothering me a lot. And to make things even better I will be working 12 hour shifts, working over, for the next two weeks and we are working 7-day work weeks right now to. But I need to do my stretches so my Planar Fasciitis and foot issues doesn't flare up over these long hours.

    Just never seemed to get to exercising the past few days... Going to have to kick it up a few notches the next few weeks to meet my goal for this challenge...

    Sorry your injuries haven't improved, Roger. Hoping time provides some relief. Your work schedule does not sound fun, at all. Hang in there!
