White Barbeque Chicken?

I was watching a cooking show today that featured a white BBQ sauce and it looked so delicious I went online to find a low carb version. I'm going to try this ASAP - it looks yummy! http://baconbuttercheesegarlic.blogspot.com/2014/06/sweet-home-alabama.html?m=1
Anyone make something similar or heard of white BBQ before? I never have!
