I am doing a slightly modified version of insanity, replacing one workout per week with elliptical intervals to give my joints a break. I've been doing it 3-4 times a week for the past month and it feels amazing! Sadly, no movement on my weight yet though.0

My workouts week 1 (and in general) are walking and yoga daily, hiking and lifting weights.0

Starting week one : 60 mins of 4mph walking. I also hope to introduce some strength training.0

I'm starting with 30-40 min in a crosstrainer with intervalos0

15min of walking. Mainly focusing on calorie count.0

I am doing Age of Pandora daily, with 15 minutes elliptical 3x a week. I'm also aiming for a minimum of 10,000 steps daily.0

Yesterday I did a HIIT arm workout called crazy eights (pushups, triceps extensions, bicep curls, shoulder press, up right rows, bent over rows, lateral raise, straight arm raise) it was an excellent workout!0

Went white water rafting for 6 hours yesterday, then went for a hike. I am still sore. It was a pretty good workout!0

Did pushups, squats and lunges - trying for some more strength training.0
