Hi, new to the group i would like to lose about 10 lbs by xmas. So do you post your weight weekly

Last group I was in had a Google Docs spreadsheet chart that was to be filled in but a number of people couldn't use it so they just posted weekly. Perhaps a weekly thread with a weigh date in it where everyone can update with their progress? The next thread could be "3rd October", if people are happy to weigh in on a Saturday.0

Sorry I completely missed this, can we do the thread in here? We will start the weigh in tomorrow 01/10/2015. And yes I think posting weekly is a fantastic idea.0 -

Hey - I was in a summer loss group and what admin did was create a weekly thread in the discussions for weekly weigh in for example:
Weigh In Week 1: Monday 28th September - Sunday 4th October
Weigh In Week 2: Monday 5th October - Sunday 11th October
Weigh In Week 3: Monday 12th October - Sunday 18th October
Etc
Etc
Etc
That was so people could weigh in on their usual weigh days but still take part and post their loss. Just a suggestion0
