Successes/Struggles: It was a good week physically, but emotionally I struggled a lot with those voices in my head telling me I'm not doing enough and I'll never be able to do this so why bother. I held on and logged everything. I've also noticed that my energy level is up a bit this week. I'm doing more around the apartment and just walking more in general.0 -

Successes/Struggles: I missed 2 workouts last week and I'm still working on logging my food more consistently. I also went over my carb goals on Friday and Saturday. On a positive note, I really notice a difference in the way my clothes feel and I am up from 30 seconds to 1 minute in holding a plank. I'm looking forward to the week ahead.0 -

Successes/Struggles: Ran my first ever full, non-stop mile this week (twice!)!! Felt awesome! Still struggle to chug water, but wonder really, how much water do I need if I'm not thirsty or dehydrated? Also making myself get out and move more.

Struggles or successes of your week: My No sweets went ok. I ended up having some of the chocolate with the wrap lunch on Friday. Then throughout the weekend I had a couple aarowroot cookies and some not as healthy cereal mixed in with my usual one day. But over all went well. Sunday I did my CIBC Run(Walk) for the cure 5km. It was a lot of fun.0 -

It took me most of the week to get through the nasty lurgy, but a good weekend and Monday meant that my delayed weigh in was a happy one!
I'm away on the road at the moment so will have to update my logging and stepping goals from my geeky spreadsheet next week. Inspired to see others are putting in some good weeks0 -
