Daikon radish fries. SOOOO good!

For the kids supper tonight I made them potato wedges so I wanted something similar. I came across a recipe for daikon radish fries. They were AMAZIN . Not as crispy as regular potato fries but did the trick for sure. I also made pulled pork with Walden Farms Hickory Smoked bbq sauce and some almond flour buns that someone posted earlier today.

Steph the buns were ok. Pretty dry tasting and they didn't rise like the picture but made a good carrier for the pulled pork.0 -
that recipe looks good. It doesn't mention carb count. Any idea what that would be? and thank you for sharing - always a new adventure...0

I tried them but didn't like them. I guess I was hoping too much for a potato flavor. It's prolly why I don't like cauli-mash.

Yeah I'm not a fan of cauli mash either. There's no foolin' me!
