Motivation

What is driving you to succeed?

-I want to feel attractive and confident.
-I want to be healthy and avoid medical problems related to weight and sedentary lifestyle.
-I want to set a good example for my husband, who is obese and is going to develop high blood pressure, diabetes, etc soon if he doesn't take action.
-I want to set an example of healthy eating and physical activity for my toddler son, so that hopefully he grows up finding these things easier than my husband and I do.

The main driving force for me is my grandson. I want to be able to be involved with him and not just sitting back and watching. There's a lot to show and do with him and I want to do my part as an active Papaw. Another is I've had people tell me I can't do it without using Advocare or something like that. They are wrong!
