1/2 block tofu (drain)
1 1/2 c 2% milk
Fruit(fresh fruit) I like apples/blueberry/strawberry (one at a time) you don't want to much sugar
you can add 2 splenda's
extract - vanilla or your choice (1 tsp)
blend till smooth
good source of protein and fruit
