what strategies do/will you use to keep your logging on point?

I had a decent run on the go and then lost it on Saturday. again.

    Well the last week I have been in a candy melt down and have been consuming a lot staying within my calories but way too much candy. I always reach for candy when I'm under stress. I'm actually trying to get it under control by the first so I don't look like some kind of candy junky.

    I think I'm going to set an alarm on my phone. It may be the only way I manage to do it...

    I think I'll set it for 10a and 11p...for me, at least one of those two times will be a lull in my day.

    I just saw this group & I'm a day late starting but I'm really excited about this challenge. My goal is to lose 10 pounds & keep it off (I tend to lose & then lack motivation & gain it back). I have a bad problem with night time snacking. Any great tips would be wonderful! See you all at the finish line! WOO HOO!
