Hey - I'm on a similarly restrictive diet, and as a vegetarian living in France, it's bloody tricky. It does mean however, that I HAVE to cook, so have plenty of recipe ideas.

I eat lots of soup (onions, leeks, garlic, cabbage, mushrooms and stock cubes - LOTS of herbs and seasoning, bulk it up with aubergine pieces, celery, courgette etc). It's very light, and if you drink it throughout the day can be a warm, filling snack at only 83 cals a bowl. You can also add potatoes, carrots, beans etc to bulk it up even more...

Homemade Veggie burgers are also good: veggie mince (soya), onions, garlic, capers, egg white and a petit suisse 0% to to thicken and bind it all together. I either bake them in peppers or aubergines ... or shape them into little steaks and bake them. they come in at around the 250 calorie mark and are really filling.

am experimenting with Konjac as well - using it to bulk up stirfries (cabbage strips, mushrooms, bean sprouts, onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and smoked tofu) and it's mega low in calories and super filling.

I'm following a meal plan from a French nutritionist, who's basically cut out all carbs, sugar, fat etc from my diet, and because I don't eat meat or fish, it's very fiddly. However, if you're prepared to cook and eat a lot of fresh veg (and I spend a LOT of time cooking) it can work out :)
