I Actually Did It!!

My weight was down to 199.9 this morning. I know its not much, but I haven't been in the 100's for about the last 20 years. And was hovering around 200 for about 10 years before that. I am just happy to have made 199.9 this morning. I know its only a .10 of a pound, but it still is in the "onederfuls"!!
I weight about every three days and it fluctuates up and down about 2 pounds but never below the lowest weight. I have decided to not weigh myself now for 2 weeks and see what the results are then.
