My phone wouldn't let me know this page and didn't have my computer yesterday!


hows the day going? everyone sticking to the plan.
I am still trying to do two workouts a day so if I cant one day its not the end of the world, hopefully lol.

I know that I have a hard time sticking with it, I feel that I get all ready and im going to do this and then it's like well one day wont kill me.

anyone else have that problem?

    I'm sticking to the plan but getting discouraged because the scale hasn't moved yet :(

    Same here! I think it went down a pound since starting... BUT i do feel amazing. I have much more energy, i'm finding random muscles that didn't exist before. So even if the scale doesn't move much, it's definitely been a beneficial program!

    I gave in when I stepped on scale once. Don't let it happen to you. Just look at your before pics and you will see the difference that a stupid scale can't see! ❤

    I started on 9/17. So far no inches lost and only 1 pound. Following program to a T. Frustrated!!
