I see a lot of people do it different ways. Do you use an App, write down in a note book? print out the work sheets. what works best for you?

What does everyone do for breakfast? I am getting so sick of eggs, and I know a few people who use the Shakeology for breakfast, but I prefer to save those for after the workout. Also, I can't stand oatmeal....may be a lost cause lol

Calories?
So, I asked this question to my coach and she didn't really give me an answer... I've been eating all of my containers per day, but when I plug my food into MFP, I'm always a a few hundred calories short of what 21DF says my calorie bracket should be. Any ideas? I do the exercises daily, and I don't want to put my body…

Hey guys! Took a week off, starting a 2nd rounf of 21 day fix tlday! Going to push myself even harder this time around. I ended up dropping like 7 lbs and almost 10 inches last month. Anyone else going again?
