    No processed foods. I want to eat as clean as possible.
    Run 3 days a week.
    Strength train 2 days a week.

    Hey all, I'm Patti. Excited to be back on Team Maggie (oh yeah, and Glenn too!). A broken foot took me out of the Fear TWD challenge, but I'm back and ready to survive!

    My goals will be:

    Work out 6x week
    80oz H2O a day
    Stick to the 5:2 Fast Diet calorie plan

    Run 3 days (need to train for Vegas Ragnar coming up)
    Circuits or weight train 3 days

    1. Start and stick with my Couch to 5k plan
    2. Resistance training 3x per week
    3. Track my daily food even if I go over and want to ignore it and pretend it didn't happen ;)

    What's happening people? Alan here. I'm late, I wanted to be in the Abraham, Lolita, Eugene team, but I was the only one! After the premiere, can't believe I'm still it! Anyway, request to join you guys here:

    1. IF Monday - Friday, stay within my 1500 calories and hit my macros.
    2. Practice my parallelles 3 x times a week.
    3. Practice handstands 3 x times a week.

    oh man....I did the bo video yesterday. So very glad no one was watching! I think I'd knock myself out before I actually made contact with a zombie.

    I have to adjust my goals a bit for this week, last week sucked.

    1. IF Monday - Friday (18:6), shoot for my 1500 calories and shoot for hitting my macros. I say shoot for because life keeps getting in the way of things.
    2. Practice my parallettes 1 x time this week.
    3. Practice handstands 1 x time this week.

    @tayloralanj - so for your IF are you fasting 18 hrs, then allowing for a 6 hour 'eating' window? What's your eating pattern on the weekends?

    I enjoyed the yoga video, thinking I may do it again today. The instructor I had been going to for 3 years stopped teaching evening classes and I really miss her. Need to find something else that motivates me. Anyone subscribe to a youtube yogi they like?
