i got an iTunes card as a gift. I don't usually work out with music at all but I think I'm going to build some playlists. What are your fav workout songs? The ones that make you push a little bit harder when they come on. No limits, no judging - I like me some cheesy music as much as the good stuff. I just want thinks that keep me happy and moving. Go!

I tend to like post-rock when I work out. If you don't know, Post-rock is acoustic rock (ranges from sleepy-time music to metal). Some noteworthy bands to seek out are "God is an Astronaut", "Unwed Sailor", "Russian Circles", and "Godspeed you! Black Emperor".
I also like to switch it up with some industrial/techno like "KMFDM", "VNV Nation", "Front 242", and "Front Line Assembly".
I tend to use Pandora, and have about 4 stations dedicated to work-out music.0 -
