this I can do...or attempt to do, why is it so much easier to get enough fat and sugar, but not so easy to hit the protein goal??? dammit, can't donuts be better for you???0

under for calories by 100 or 200..also still under on protein every day....trying to get back in the groove!!!!0

I've been very conscious of what I'm eating, and doing pretty well...but still zero points as far as this goes...protein's hard0

I've been practicing weekly averaging anyway so I don't angst over daily overages...0 -

I've added up my totals and from Oct 1st to yesterday I have a total of 220. I added protein, carbs, and cals.0

220+20=240. due to being too tired to eat it was a low day for me.0
