What's happening people? Alan here. I'm late, I wanted to be in the Abraham, Lolita, Eugene team, but I was the only one! After the premiere, can't believe I'm still it! Anyway, request to join you guys here:

1. IF Monday - Friday, stay within my 1500 calories and hit my macros.
2. Practice my parallelles 3 x times a week.
3. Practice handstands 3 x times a week.

I have to adjust my goals a bit for this week, last week sucked.
1. IF Monday - Friday (18:6), shoot for my 1500 calories and shoot for hitting my macros. I say shoot for because life keeps getting in the way of things.
2. Practice my parallettes 1 x time this week.
3. Practice handstands 1 x time this week.

@tayloralanj - so for your IF are you fasting 18 hrs, then allowing for a 6 hour 'eating' window? What's your eating pattern on the weekends?0

I enjoyed the yoga video, thinking I may do it again today. The instructor I had been going to for 3 years stopped teaching evening classes and I really miss her. Need to find something else that motivates me. Anyone subscribe to a youtube yogi they like?0
