Hi
I just purchased some kettle bells, I was introduced to them at the gym. I liked them so much better that the regular arm weights. But I have no clue on what types of exercises I can do with them. Any suggestions, I'm open to any and every option. It's all about exercise.

As always, nothing can take the place of time with a certified instructor (even one session). Here is a good video that breaks down the swing quite well. Be careful on youtube, there is a lot of junk on that site, but there is good stuff too if you take the time to find it.
