    I did it earlier in the year and am considering going through the program again this fall. It's a choice between T25 and 21-Day Fix. When are you starting?

    Which one did you like better? Sounds like you did both, but I could be wrong.

    I did both the 21 days fix and Shaun T's T25. I enjoyed T25 more.
