Two goals: finally hit a 10 min mile and have my "these are way to tight but they button and look cute so I'm wearing them with this baggy shirt" jeans to be moved to my "these jeans need a belt" pile0

I want to have toned arms so I can wear tanks and sleeveless tops with confidence. I want lose the belly fat and trim my thighs so I can comfortably fit into size 6 jeans0
