Yeah - back below the 200 mark!!! DANG.... ok still on soft foods and recovering from dental work. Still on pain meds to sleep and waking up at 3 or 4 for more Advil. I know it's going to stop soon...just wish it were done already. No real activity. As mentioned in the other thread I did push myself on Sunday and made home made avocado lime chicken soup (had to puree the chicken though) and some protein bowl for the week (ground beef, quinoa, veggies and black beans). Have fried eggs for my breakfast and protein shakes. HOping to eat well and healthy to get the weight down and stay the course once my mouth is feeling better.
Let's keep everyone on this downward trend!!!

Rats!! All that walking and no movement yet. My one solace is that it has been several weeks now since I have had to log the dreaded 146 something that was the stone around my neck!

well, talk about frustrating... been getting my activity fairly faithfully and the time I missed, I did double the next day, have had a good deficit each day but no loss this week. Actually up 0.2 lbs, which could be something as simple as water so I'm not worried about it. Hopefully I will start going back down again in time for the next weigh in...
