I recieved mine yesterday and am trying to get it all set up. I had the flex quite awhile ago so my account has all of that info on it, how do I change for example my calories to just read 1500? Does anyone know?
I only had it for a week so I didnt know how to use it very well. Any suggestions would be helpful.

A 10 minute walk for Mr equals 1000 steps, I do 10 1o minute walks around my house or 10 minute dances.0 -
