I was wondering if anyone had a low calorie cookbook that they just love a lot that is just full of great meal ideas. I would love to purchase a couple but don't really want to just buy without some recommendations.

I find I prefer to look online too...and I love to read coo complex kbooks. I find a lot on this site and fitness magazine. Learning to substitute things, how to use herbs and other things to boost flavor can be fun too as you experiment with favorite recipes to make them healthier. Cooking Light magazine is good if you like to cook more complex food (or fancy as my mom says) but they also have good articles about how to just cook healthier in general. Your local library will have cookbooks you can check out to see if it is one you would use alot before spending the money on one.
