    I'm proud that I'll finally complete week 4 of c25k today because last year at this time there was no way I could even envision myself running for 3 or 5mins. C25k was the first workout program I attempted (but failed miserably at) when I began my fitness journey so it means a lot to me to be able to complete it before the new year.
