    same weight for a month....very frustrated

    Don't get frustrated, I've stayed the same weight too but dropped 6% BF. We will speak to you about how to adjust for long term success. However, I see you haven't been zoning though, it's hard to know if the program will work unless you stick with something strict for at least a month. Let's see your BF change and speak today with Doron.
