I've been on MFP since March of this year, haven't lost a lot of POUNDS, but I am noticably smaller and my pants are getting to be too big... that'll do for me.     Feel free to add me. I've been on MFP almost three months. I exercise 4 - 5 times per week and I eat pretty healthy. You'll find once you're into your lifestyle change (I hate the word diet) around a month and a half to two months your goals will come naturally.
