I made a pumpkin pie smoothie today and it satisfied my craving .
1/2 cup canned pumpkin ( pure pumpkin not the pie filling )
1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt ( calories depend on what kind you use )
1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk ( or your choice of milk )
Pumpkin pie spice > to taste add a little at a time till you like it
Stevia or your favorite sweetener or even maple syrup ( a bit )
    A few ice cubes
Add all to blender and blend well .
Sprinkle with cinnamon and could have a dollop of
Whipped cream or low fat cool whip whatever you like
I'm thinking about 100 or so calories not including whipped cream of course .

    1 3/4 c. cold skim milk
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 package sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice

Yummy, AND low cal! You can also take the pumpkin & pudding (once the milk & pudding is combined) and mix it with a container of cool whip (lite or fat free) and put it in a graham cracker crust.

I follow the recipe on the back of the canned Libby's pumpkin with substitutions. Use Truvia in place of the sugar, eggbeaters in place of eggs, and fat free evaporated milk. You can bake with or without a crust and top with lite or fat free cool whip! Honestly, I think it's better than the full calorie version!

This really sounds great, I'm going to try tomorrow! Thanks for the recipe

I just tried Yoplait Greek 100 Whips Pumpkin Cheesecake yogurt today and it was really good. It would make a favorable substitue for pumpkin pie.
