    Are they OTC or Rx?

Also, use a pill reminder app.

Twice a day, morning and night, is fine.

It's time to change your usual tactic. Three times a day is best, until you find the balance you feel best at. I set mine out so I will see them everyday, otherwise I would forget too.

I take mag in the morning and before bed.
  • It's best to take QUALITY capsule form of citrate or glycinate. The tab forms you find at Walmart are worthless. I take 360 mg at night of mag glycinate and sleep wonderful. Had to start out with one and work up cuz it will make you go poop bad if you don't ease in lol.

If I took three a day, I would be racked with abdominal cramps and ...er....never leave the bathroom. I split a 200mg Mg-citrate tablet in half and take half in the morning, half later, if I remember. I started taking it for my bones, but it really helps my joint pain!
