So here's the deal: we're in our 40's and we have got to get moving in addition to counting calories. Not only counting the calories but watching carbs, eating good fats, and drinking plenty of water. If you rely entirely on cutting calories and not getting a good cardio workout and resistance training, you'll be hungry, gray, and dull. Yes, as we reach this age, we may have some physical issues but don't let that stop you! I see paraplegic folks in the gym out of their chairs doing bench press! Bottom line is this: YOU CAN DO ANYTHING! You're overweight? Exercise, eat right. If you live a sedentary lifestyle, change it!
We, myself and the community here, can and will encourage anyone but, at the end of the day, YOU are the biggest motivator.

    Thank you , thank you thank you ! No more pity parties and no more feeling sorry for myself ! My friend back home used to say keep it moving and that's what I'm going to do !
