    I'm not sure they get the idea. It looks like a bun without meat. Shouldn't it be the other way around? :)

    Looks like it is lower net carb, but still that is better than rice burgers... the low carb is total carbs minus the added fiber, it seems.

    From the nutrition listing page (scroll down to the English chart):
    ・The carb of low-carb buns is 14.8 g per one

    I will sample one at lunch and report back :) This is a local burger chain that does pretty well at burgers n such. Even has Heineken on tap.

    And it was .... Meh. So I had to try it. Avocado burger on lc bun with side avocado salad and Diet Coke was 1200 yen, about $10.
