Hi, there!
How is everyone doing?
It is time for W5, D3 (Week 5, Day 3) for whoever is ready. Y'all are going to LOVE this one:
W5, D3
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
Only kidding -- just seeing who's paying attention. I CAN'T WAIT TO DO THIS WORKOUT. I have to wait until November 14th so that this Plantars Fascitis will be gone or at least dormant.

- Jog two miles (or 20 minutes) with no walking.
Only kidding -- just seeing who's paying attention. I CAN'T WAIT TO DO THIS WORKOUT. I have to wait until November 14th so that this Plantars Fascitis will be gone or at least dormant.

I've been super unmotivated the past few days. I was supposed to repeat Week 1 Day 3 again this morning (and then move on to Week 2 next time), but I woke up too late and decided against it. I'm thinking I should have gone anyway because I've been in a foul mood all day. I really want to do it tomorrow, but I can't seem to find a sustainable schedule...0

I DID IT...I DID IT!!!! Strangely though it has took me all day to remember to put it on here..lol yes it was tough but just kept on going even though i had planned that if i needed to stop i would...roll on the week 6 day 1 which is easy i reckon after this one!!
