As of this wknd I'm down 130lbs since April of this year. I feel 1000% better!!! I still hope to lose another 50 of 60lbs. But I am happy right now even if I don't lose another pound. Happy Thanksgiving folks. I have a lot to be thankful for. #weightloss #weightlossjourney #thanksgiving

It's been 11 weeks since I had VSG. Here's a couple of mirror shots (sorry for the location -- the office bathrooms seem to be when I always take these
selfies). Today, for the first time in years, I'm wearing a dress and love how I look. Yay!

I had my one year RNYGB check-up today, my surgiversary is 3 November. Down 145 pounds, and I feel great. 5'7" and 55 years old. High weight 350, started pre-op liquid diet at 332 last October, stepped on the scale this morning at 186!
