It is what it is. I am once again striving to get back on my meal plan and working out. Praying my dental and health issues are behind me and I can move forward with improving my overall well being.

Yesterday morning, it was 144.0. Today, back to 145.0. I don't think there was anything in yesterday's intake (not particularly high in calories or in sodium) to make the difference, so it's just that fluctuation we talk about. I'm still stuck in a three-pound range, but the top end is remaining a little lower. For a long time, I was hitting 147 at some time during the week. Now, I sometimes inch above 146, but I haven't seen 147 in a while. I actually saw something below 144 once this week. If I can just keep the top figure inching down, perhaps someday I'll actually see the 130s again. Feels like a daunting goal at the moment though. :/

Well, it looks like I'm in a holding pattern. At least I'm a little lower than my first day back home (137.5) . . all I can do is keep on keeping on. I know intervals work, so as much as I hate them, I'm off to do them :s

Lois, not so bad considering the setback you had. Hang in there.

Sarah, at our age, the best we can do is keep chipping away very slowly. Persistence. ;)

Light, hope you post here soon. Judging from Facebook and the Fitbit challenge, you're doing well.

Let's get re-committed and get these numbers moving!

Looks like we are all holding steady for the most part. This week shows me at 179.8, which is within .2 lbs of where I've been for 3 weeks now. I'm doing okay but I need to put in more effort. I completely forgot about the week's challenge and just went into survival mode. Sometimes, that's just where life takes you but I have to say I avoided too much emotional eating so I've learned something...
