    Recap of monthly challenge:
    SW: 179
    GW: 172

    1. <25 carbs/day
    2. 10,000 steps per day
    3. Log food every day
    4. 80 oz. water every day

    Here are my Halloween results:

    I have stayed at 170 for the last 3 days, so exceeded my goal - yippee! Need to keep working on steps goal. I did log food and checked in every day and drank 80 oz of water every day. So happy for these results! Did not succumb to Halloween candy. Now on to the Thanksgiving challenge, right!!!

    End of month recap -
    1. Food planning works wonders. It really does.
    2. Seriously cut down on eating out.
    3. I need to stop impulse buying. Avoiding stores on weekdays should be an imperative. Unless it's a total emergency, nothing is so important it can't wait for the weekend planned shopping.
    4. No one ever says no to steak, chicken wings and raw fish. You can eat healthy while out with coworkers.

    I stayed at the same weight (but I lost inches), and cut almost $500 off my monthly bills by being uber-frugal. I am happy with the results. On to the next month.
