    Successes/Struggles: Although I did not quite reach my goal weight, I do realize that my body is changing. For the first time in my life I was able to fit into a pair of Levi's jeans. I'm now comfortably wearing a size 24. To put that into perspective, nearly 20 years ago when I was in high school I wore a girdle just to fit miserably into a size 28. My dad commented on my loose clothes and offered to pay for my trip to Orlando if I reach my goal. Incredible Hulk coaster here I come! :D

    Struggles or successes of your week:
    Work is miserably busy and stressful. Missed my goal, but it was a bit optimistic to begin with.

    Still haven't managed to start my strength training, and that has been on the to-do pile for a while... But all the ground work has been laid.

    Cycling - 25.3 miles (75 Miles)
    Jogging/Running - 22.0 miles (30 Miles)
    Hiking - 12.4 Miles & 2,926' elev. climb (15 Miles)
