I'm so happy people are joining, what could be a very worthwhile endeavor. Like we said yesterday in our introduction meeting; this is really about "logging as the goal". The holidays are a tricky time to try and be more aware and mindful of our eating; but as we know it's the most important time to do so. Why wait until New Year's? Prove to yourself that you can make a positive change anytime you want. This time...you have alot of support. Look for Brittney's Email with this week's goals and start logging.
