I just moved to a different state and has been having a hard time with it. I've been in a depression so my weight loss hasn't been great. I'm looking for someone motivational to help me succeed in losing weight. someone that helps me set up goals and support me. To check up to make sure I'm staying on track

    Welcome to the group! I've lived in the same city all my life, but hopefully I'll move somewhere warmer soon :) lol

    Feel free to add me as a friend. I currently can't exercise :( I just got over mono (just returned to work today) AND have a hip issue. So I'm just tracking my food right now.

    Feel free to send me a FR and maybe we could motivate each other.

    My current short-term goals are to get back to eating sufficient protein (125g minimum daily), running more to improve cardiovascular strength, and getting back to lifting weights.

    The challenges are that I work FT, I'm a FT grad student, and I'm very active politically (things are heating up for the 2016 election). I just don't have a lot of time to exercise. However, I've taken this term off from classes (until January) and need to make the most of the time I have.
