So what is everyone goal this week? Mine is to seriously cut down on my carbs. I had listed that as a personal goal last week. I was actually tracking them just to get an idea of how many carbs I was eating and OMG no wonder I've put on so much weight, that's all I practically eat is carbs. I'm not knocking them, but too many of them are bad especially in my case. So my goal this week is to really tighten up with how many carbs I eating each day and now knowing that we only have 8 1/2 weeks left till the new year I need to be on top of my game.

    My goal is to get my training schedule back on track. What I am allowed to do is still limited by my knee rehab but I can do aspects of everything now so I can get back to the routine, even if I do less at each session than I used to do.

    my biggest goal is to stay calm at work thus all the exercising. We have a new system that keeps crashing and people who are just clueless. Last year I would have broke out the soda and anything full of caffeine to get me through this. Now I walk. I don't want to fall back into my old habits.

    My goal for thisweek is to get in 3 workouts. I want to do cardio and strength training. I can't afford a gym membership so my workouts will be done at home.

    All my workouts are done at home. I walk and use dvd's. I do have a treadmill but I bought that on ebay and I'm watching craigslist for some weight I would really like. Though I will probably wait til Spring when my boss goes to every garage sale within 200 miles for her to find me a set. LOL
