I like winter too!! So how are we going to get our miles in everyone? I have 3 long weekends away from my sitting job, so I am hoping to do better this month.

Goals for November - 120 miles and 15 days over 10,000 steps.
I haven't lost pounds this year. So I guess one could say I am in maintenance. However I am not really happy with the weight that I am maintaining. I know there are some things that I should be able to control better....but for some reason I don't have the resources or willpower to do that. I think the worst is when I get tired I don't plan very well.... planned meals and better control in dealing with the food that shows up at work!!!
Today I will get my "Plan" in shape for the week.... one week at a time.

I haven't been on a scale in a while. I'm fairly sure that I've gained. Definitely have not lost!! I have so many excuses!! I like the idea of weekly plans. Taking it in short time frames.
I think I'm going to have to step up on my own and start getting back to the gym, not worrying about the boyfriend going with me. Right after I get off work should be a slower time there, and a good couple of hours until he gets home.
These next couple of months with all the junk that will surely be surrounding us at work are going to really be a test!!
My November goals are going to be 115 miles (2 more than Oct) and 10 days at 5+ (also 2 more).
1st - 1.53 (definitely need to improve on that!!!)0 -

Good morning everyone and happy walking! My back is killing me yesterday and today. I, fortunately, have a chiropractor appt this afternoon. Seems I always know when it's time!!
Must have been something in the air last night, magic. I tossed and turned all night and kept waking up...not abnormal, but instead of staying groggy, I would be completely awake and take forever to go back to sleep...until my alarm went off, that is. Large black coffee to assist in the wake up today!

My daily Fitbit goal in 6 miles that times 30 would be 180 so I guess to push myself I will make my goal 200 for the month

My goal for November is 120 miles - 15 over 10,000 steps - get back on mini trampoline or use my walking DVD's. It is dark when I leave home at 5:30 a.m. and it is dark when I get home from work at 6:30 p.m. Curling starts on Nov 11/12th and I am pretty sure my muscles are not ready!!

Ended up having a really bad day yesterday. The Chiro helped as far as how I woke up today, but yesterday was bad. Then the bf decided that he absolutely needed to work on the truck and fix something that had been going on for weeks. That took forever of me holding a flashlight over his head. Needless to say, there wasn't many steps. I'm writing this week off as history and moving on to better days.
4th - 1.98 (I'm already at 1.14 for today....) Total through 4th is 9.61 with no days over 5 yet. Lots of making up to do!!!0 -
Awwwwww, mlh, sorry for the poopy day two days ago. Glad it is over with and you have a great attitude! I got my steps in but my eating is not out of control but it is certainly not where it should be if I want to ever lose weight. Ugh.
Up in time today to get a ride on my bike before work. Will try and stick with a good plan.

Just finished breakfast...went for a nice walk with my little Ernestine...so nice on the weekend, cuz it is light out when we walk and I have time to take her for a great little stroll. I miss that part of my routine...with my hours now, I have to be on my way by 6:40. Ugh.
Anyway, grateful for perfect cool temps in the valley of the sun now. Just beautiful.
Enjoy the grandkiddos...hope you get to feeling better by the time they arrive.

It was probably good the kids came yesterday. That way I didn't overdue it. Today - I will have to put my perennials to bed and empty the water out of all the half whiskey barrels that collect water under the downspouts.
