Oh dark thirty day (5:45a) started with Protein -- Egg white, low fat cheese, and turkey sausage patty for breakfast.0

Yahoo ... More protein for dinner -- well kinda. Donny made me pre-Bday dinner of waffles and bacon. I put a bit of honey and peanut butter on them. Yum!0
