Hey guys!

Goals for the week
1) drink my water
2) stick to healthy choices
3) sleep lots

Hope everyone had a good weekend! I am looking forward to my trip in 3 weeks and 3 days! I need a vacation!! Just going to fargo nd for crazy black Friday shopping

    Goals for the week:

    1. Walk for an hour or go to the gym 4 times this week (Completed 1)
    2. Drink my water (Completed 2)
    3. Find an exercise DVD I'm interested in
    4. Actually remember to get the last load of laundry out of the dryer when I'm at home and can do it!

    My goals this week are
    1. Curves 3 times
    2. Take 15 minute walk during lunch every day
    3. Stay within calorie amount
    4. Set monthly goals

    Today is such a gorgeous fall day! It has been as difficult for me to focus as it has for my students.

    Sleep fail last few nights, sugars are out of whack again, i wish i could find the key to keeping them down! as for my healthy choices i am hitting them about 75 percent of the time. My husband hid some candy in my work bag so i had to eat that, but i have avoided my kids candy! And the water i am at half speed as well, i could drink more but i have drank a lot less in the past! I started to feel like i was depriving myself of everything i enjoyed! Not a good feeling!

    ...the last load in the dryer, i see that a lot in my house as well, it always gets found, wrinkled and stiff a week later lol

    I know its only 2 days till the 8th but my goals for this weekend are...
    1. walk at least 30 min each day
    2. up my water intake (soooo hard for me)
    3. set my monthly goals

    Met my goals this week so Yay me! Off to rake leaves.....
