Hello. I would like to join in on your 5 day clean group. Do you know of a good book to read about Clean Eating? I have been trying to decide between low carb paleo or clean eating, and have only managed to get my self confused. So, I would like to read up on it over the weekend before we start. Thanks for staring up this group and any advise would be greatly appreciated.0
