Ate the top layer from the pizza...threw the whole crust away (*sob*..used to be my favorite part !)...so not sure how to log it?
(Sorry if this has been posted before???)
Irt was Marketside Medium Meat Trio thin crust (WalMart) 12" across
Serving size = ......... 1/4 pizza
calories...................310
Fat..................17g
Satur. fat..........8g
Total carbs......22g
fiber..................1g
sugar.................2g
Protein.............16g
*
So I peeled the top off and ate it...it weighed 7.6 ounces
Can someone give me a good guess...or is there a formula to figure it out?

If you could find an entry for just the crust, you could subtract that out, but I looked, and there's no size info for the crust entries I looked at.
So assume what you ate had little or no carbs. Subtract out 21g carbs = 84 calories. It's just a rough guestimate, but should be close enough.0 -
How did you get 21g carbs = 84 calories? Is there a formula? This is good to know for future use!0

1g carb = 4 calories, 1g protein = 4 calories, 1g fat = 9 calories. (Those are all just approximations, but everybody uses them.) And for completeness, 1g ketones = 5 calories.0

Theres an entry for pizza toppings only, just calories, no carbs or other macros listed, but it seems to be a good guess.0

I just say screw it and log some mozzarella cheese, that's the only thing that has significant calories. If there's some meat, log that too. If you weigh your food at home, you can kinda get an idea about how much is there.
If you ever get a chance to make it at home, its pretty easy. You can use traditional pizza recipes, just leave out the dough, or there are millions of keto pizza recipes. They call them "meatzas". Some have no crust, some have meat for a crust, some have almond flour for crusts....
Or just invent your own... gather ingredients you see on the top of the pizza, pre-cook all raw meats first, put all on some parchment paper, bake till melts.....yummy!
I hope this helps,

I've usually just entered individual ingredients and made my best guess. But wabmester's suggestion sounds more accurate.0

All good info....so THANK YOU all. I was able to weigh the toppings....but all mixed together. I will just break it down next time and give it my best guess. (It sure was good !)0
