I have changed my calorie intake from 1200 to 1500 because I don't want to lose a lot of muscle while losing fat my weight is 211 right now ! and I'm losing at least 2 pounds weekly .
What are some of you calorie intake daily and weight loss weekly ?
Just wondering ?

and i want to lose at least 1 lb a week!
Right now I am walking my dog everyday, riding my stationary bike everyday for 30 mins, horseback riding twice a week, doing gymnastics for 1 hour and then right after that i do cheerleading for an hour both of those are only once a week.0 -

Mine is currently 1500, and eating back exercise cals. This is an interim measure while on knee rehab. My usual is 1800, with no exercise cals back. I chose that number because it is the TDEE I would have at my activity level at my goal weight. I have been loosing on that and acknowledge that I may need to increase it as my activity level is pretty high when I am at full fitness. I need to fuel my training. I have not been eating well while on knee rehab and have still been loosing, so I think all the muscles I have grown this year must be burning lots of calories for me.0

I'm 5'4", 161lbs at Monday weigh in.
My current cal goal is 1360, which I can usually stay within. I'm averaging approx .5-.75 lb loss a week. Slow, but steady & I don't want to go lower in my cals. I'm a hungry girl!!0 -
Mine is 1700. MFP keeps telling me 1200 but the doc says 17000

I try to stay at 1200. I have 40 plus pounds to lose and I'm impatient so I want to maximize what I can lose each week while still making sure I get enough nutrition. I get hungry in the evenings, so it's a challenge for me to stick to the1200, but I would say I lose 3lbs a week on average.0

Well, I'm still pretty obese, so I go for 1800/2200 on rest or workout days respectively, without explicitly eating back any exercise calories. I find the fixed calorie goals easier to plan around.
And it's about 2 lb/week for me, maybe slightly more.0
