Help!! I am consistantly over on my fat grams.

Every day but one I have been over on my fat grams. Should I be concerned with this? What are some ways that I can reduce the number of grams I intake? I feel that I am doing well in other aspects but am struggling with this. Am I the only one with this problem?

No you shouldn't be concerned but it is helpful to notice the foods that contain more fat because per gram, fat provides the most calories. It's part of my new spiel; we think of foods as carbs or protein, or fats, and that's helpful. But what I hope we begin to notice is that a ton of foods are combinations; like meat or chicken is protein and fat, and cake is carbs and fat. remember: this is the stage we are in right now; noticing and becoming more aware of our food. That's the important thing right now..

I have been over in fat and short in protein almost every day, which really surprised me! What are some low fat, high protein options? I think I might add a protein shake to breakfast or something

I'm having greek yogurt every day- Totally forgot about cottage cheese though, and edamame. I'll get some this week! Thanks David!
