Done and felt I could have carried on running, which is a good sign ready for Tuesdays 2 x 8min runs :)

How you doing - resting I hope??

You are doing so well! How are you feeling?

Will start resting tomorrow. Going on vacation Nov 3 - 13th. Can't wait.

A bit of a set back, worked away from home for 2 days got soaked - pulled my thigh, and generally fed up, not coded food either since then so had a bit of a rest, went back to a run this morning but chose to redo this one as I was about to do the 20mins run at the time I pulled my thigh....Lets see if I can keep this going this time!!

Hope you are ok Dee, Miss our chats.....I did note someone else's comment, about yucky November, I almost have to agree and wish I could just go into hibernation for the winter - although I cannot so at least a run is likely to warm my ankles back up!!

      Take care and speak soon

      Di :)

The yucky November comment was me! ;) I hate this time of year, I want to do nothing but go straight into hibernation.

Doing a good job of it so far... :(

I just got back from doing this. *pats self on the back*

      I'm feeling great!

It's funny how 5 minutes can seem such a long time at some points, and then so short at others. Stupid brain! :)

ETA It's actually got another repetition of 5 minutes running in W5D1. There are 3 in total.

Back to this one, yet again this morning after having a fight with myself...about going out, extremely cold on the face and breath in, although of course now I feel better in myself, now maybe if I get back into logging my food I will get back on top :/
