Less than 3 weeks left. Help!!

I started out on 5:2 16 weeks ago. Wanting to lose 19lb. I've lost 20. But haven't lost anything else in about 3 weeks. I go on holiday on the 1st December and was hoping to lose a few more so I could relax a bit more when I'm there. Any advice on how to do kick start weight loss again? I know I'm toning at the same time but would love to get the last 3lb off before I go

    Well first off congratulations on meeting your goal! Well done. Just keep doing what you've been doing I say, it's obviously working for you. It may just be a stall with water retention... Enjoy your trip!

    Thank you I feel like I have plateuxed and need to up my game a bit. Thinking about doing 3 fast days a week until I go. See how I get on with that. I can't exercise anymore I already practically live in the gym

    You're overall loss ist very average for 5:2. The closer you get to your goal, the harder it can get to lose those last few pounds. If you haven't already, recalculate your maintaince cals. Sadly they sink with less weight.... You can try a third fast if you want to. The 1000-1500cal less per week through the 3rd fast equals another 1/3-1/2lb loss per week, if you don't overcompensate on the other four days. A third fast rarely helps me, but that's me.

    And otherwise stick to what you've been doing. It worked. It's normal for the body to stall once in a while. So relax a Little.

    I can't relax I go to disney world in less than 3 weeks the food there is immense. I never over indulge on non fast days I always eat between 1200 and 1709 my TDEE is 2200 so it's defo nit that. Don't know what else to try other than a 3rd fast. Since this post I lost 0.7lb so that's a result for me. Let's hope it keeps coming.
