11/16 daily goals

today My goals are
1) drink 10-12 glasses of water
2) log everything (good and bad)
3) stay within calories
4) take my vitamins ( I haven't been taking them lately so i need to get back in the habit)
5) reach my step goal
6) bike ride

Oh, we are supposed to log bad stuff too? I have such a bad habit of not logging in bad days... Will start off and just not finish..... I am always amazed of much I eat when I log 100%... That's my goal today...0

LOL I log everything that's why when I'm having a stressful day it looks like I'm living on candy.
My goals well as I'm still working extra at work I'm just going to keep things simple.
1.stay in my calories
2.get plenty of rest
3. exercise daily
Somehow make this new routine all come together and work for me.0
